We are food scientists first. With over 15 years of experience developing plant based food products across the Caribbean, Europe and North America, we look at the ingredients that have always been here plantain, cassava, breadfruit, moringa, sea moss  and ask one question: what else can these do?

The answers have surprised us every time.

Cassava became plant based bacon. Plantain became pasta. Scotch bonnet became flour. Overripe plantains destined for the bin became a ketchup that people can't stop talking about. This is how we work with curiosity, with science and with deep respect for the ingredients of this land.

Everything at Harbourvale is made by hand in small batches. Our pasta is hand rolled and slow dried  a technique we refined through training in Italy  producing a product with superior texture, better digestion and a depth of flavour that machine made pasta simply cannot replicate.

We are committed to sustainability and zero waste. We use overlooked and underutilised ingredients not just because they taste extraordinary but because we believe Caribbean food sovereignty starts with valuing what we already have.
