We spent years developing this. Not to imitate bacon but to build something better. Our Bacon Style Strips are made from cassava and pigeon pea protein, coloured naturally with tomato and beet, and seasoned with a smoky, sweet spice blend that delivers everything you want from bacon without anything you don’t.

No nitrates. No animal products. No compromise.

The texture is dense and satisfying. The flavour is smoky, sweet and deeply savoury. One or two strips is all you need these are nutrient dense, made from real Caribbean ingredients and crafted to be as good for you as they are delicious.

Use them at breakfast. Layer them in a BLT. Crumble them over salads. Top your pizza. Fold them into a wrap. Pair them with our Vegan Alfredo Sauce for a Caribbean twist on pasta carbonara.

Ingredients

Manihot esculenta flour, Cajanus cajan protein isolate, virgin coconut oil, tomato concentrate, Beta vulgaris powder, tapioca starch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Capsicum annuum, natural smoke flavouring, cane sugar, sea salt.

Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry: Add a teaspoon of oil to a pan and heat on medium. Cook bacon strips for 1 to 1.5 minutes on each side until heated through. Serve immediately.
